The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) rejected a Doctrinal Declaration proposed by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF), which would have been followed by the granting of a canonical status, Monsignor Guido Pozzo told LaNuovaBq.it on July 7. A meeting took place on 28 February 2018 at the Congregation between Cardinal Luis Ladaria, then Prefect, Monsignor Guido Pozzo, and Bishop Bernard Fellay. Bishop Fellay said he would submit the Declaration to the FSSPX General Chapter, scheduled for July 2018. At that Chapter, on 11 July 2018, Father Davide Pagliarani was elected Superior General. In the autumn of 2018, Cardinal Ladaria and Monsignor Pozzo met with Father Pagliarani. Monsignor Pozzo on Fr Pagliarani: "He informed us that he would not sign the Declaration, as he considered it insufficient and inadequate to address the difficulties and critical issues raised by the FSSPX, and that Rome would have to acknowledge its errors." Why Ecclesia Dei Commission Was …Көбірек

Bishop of Liège Wishes New FSSPX Priest Well: Bishop Jean-Pierre Delville of Liège, Belgium, wished Fr. Vincent Richter, ordained for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X at Écône on 29 June, well in his future mission in Brazil and urged him to serve Christ "as an authentic disciple of the Gospel." His tone was firmer after the FSSPX's four episcopal consecrations on 1 July without a papal mandate, describing them as deepening the Society's separation from Rome while still calling for continued dialogue.
In a July 6 InfoVaticana.com opinion piece ("Tribune"), Pedro Gómez Carrizo argues that decades of doctrinal and disciplinary drift have hollowed out the Church's authority. He writes that Leo XIV demands obedience from the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X. after years of treating other disputes as negotiable, contextual, or exempt. Leo XIV' Priorities Exposed Rome has tolerated what Carrizo considers far more serious ruptures than the episcopal consecration of the FSSPX: - Germany's Synodal Way, which has drifted toward schism without consequence. - Episcopal appointments negotiated with China's Communist Party. - Blessings of homosexual couples. - Liturgical experimentation. - Synodality, which has repackaged old heresies as "innovation". The willingness to make exceptions in many controversial areas while drawing an absolute line at Écône, Carrizo contends, exposes the pope’s priorities rather than his strength. "The Signature Is Tucho's; the Failure Is Leo XIV's" Carrizo portrays …Көбірек
Prevost did not inherit a "crisis"; rather, he is part of the apostasy of his infamous mentor Bergoglio—part of the anti-Christian army waging war against God—which is something very different. Refusing to see reality means being under a diabolical spell. Let us begin with the irrefutable fact that Benedict did not resign from the papacy; there was a flaw in the resignation—whether involuntary or voluntary—that rendered it invalid. Consequently, there was no apostolic succession, and we are facing yet another false pope who openly defies God and the Church—one who acts against the faith and against morality. Against the faith: he promotes the heresy of religious indifferentism under the guise of "ecumenism"; he profanes the priesthood and the papacy by recognizing the elevation of a female Lutheran heretic as legitimate; he calls a mosque—where the false god Allah is worshipped—a "sacred place"; and from the very beginning of his sacrilegious, apostate priesthood, he has offered worship …Көбірек

Archbishop Georg Gänswein hopes the restrictions on the Mass in the Roman rite will be lifted, he told Il Giornale on July 7. Looking back to Benedict XVI's 2007 Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum, Monsignor Gänswein said the Pope wanted to restore “full rights to a rite that had never been abolished”: “His goal was to give it its rightful place again within the Church and to restore peace in the Church's liturgical life.” According to Archbishop Gänswein, Summorum Pontificum was not conceived as a step toward reconciliation with the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X. Rather, “it was directed toward the Church itself.” Benedict XVI was pleased with the results of this reform. “It was beginning to bear fruit. It worked especially well among young people, and this is evident above all in the steadily growing numbers participating each year in the Paris-to-Chartres pilgrimage.” Monsignor Gänswein added that these young people are not opposed to the Second Vatican Council: “Anyone who …Көбірек

If you eat and drink our lord un worthy ....etc The battle over the pill in 60s put many Catholics in bad position of unworthiness by God mercy lets hope transubstantiation never happens at these masses. Its dangerous to be catholic
"Highly Unlikely Some self-proclaimed Catholics, lost in the world of information, find it intolerable to even raise the hypothesis that Leo XIV is homosexual. They do not know that he, Leo XIV, authorized the Homosexual Jubilee in the Vatican and in St. Peter's Basilica. Against Church Doctrine, he permits homosexual blessings and fails to punish those who perform them; he constantly promotes homosexuals or members of the hierarchy who favor homosexual culture; and he allows homosexuals to influence the Synod to alter Catholic Doctrine regarding homosexuality. These are facts. Does Leo XIV think that others are stupid and do not understand the modus operandi of the Lavender Mafia? The thing is, in light of all this, if Leo XIV is not homosexual—since homosexuals like to promote one another—then he is a complete idiot who does not know what he is doing while lounging in the Chair of St. Peter. But this latter hypothesis is highly unlikely."
Tuesday, 15th July 1913 Mincey Affidavit Not New to the Solicitor Tuesday, July 15, 1913 State Officials Refuse to Consider Seriously Statement of Insurance Agent Despite the claim that many witnesses to corroborate the assertions of W.H. Mincey, the insurance agent and school teacher who claims that Conley confessed to him can be produced by the defense of Leo M. Frank, state officials refuse to consider seriously Mincey's testimony as an important element in the case. Details of the Mincey affidavit are corroborated by E.F. Holloway, an employee of the National Pencil factory, who states that he remembers Mincey's visit to the scene of Mary Phagan's murder on the Tuesday following the crime. Mincey states that he was told that 20 negroes were on duty at the factory on the day of the murder, although about eight of them were employed by the concern. He further detailed a conversation with a factory employee, who allowed him to look about the place that day. Holloway says that he remembers …Көбірек
[Venerable Mary of Agreda – XVII Century AD; born/died: Agreda, Spain; Mystic; Writer; ‘Blue Nun’] They mingled these conversations, or readings from the Scriptures, sometimes with manual labor, when the saint was obliged to continue at his work. Our most amiable Lady added to them the consolations of the celestial doctrines ; and thus the happy husband made greater advancement in virtue than with the work of his hands. She showed to Him the great fruit that may be drawn from labor. Believing herself unworthy to be maintained by her spouse, she was humbled, in thinking how much she was indebted to him. She felt herself as much obliged as if she had been the most useless of creatures, and, being unable to assist our saint, she served him whenever it was possible. About this time St. Joseph saw, one day, a great number of birds come to recreate the queen of creatures. ‘They fluttered around her, as if to form a choir, and sang with a delicious melody. St. Joseph had not before witnessed …Көбірек
"It often happened that they found themselves in want of necessaries, for they were very liberal to the poor, nor were they careful, like worldly people, to provide for their wants in advance. Now the Lord so ordered it, that the faith and patience of His holy Mother and St. Joseph should not be idle."
"The All-Powerful forgot not His poor, and, while giving them occasion to augment their merits and to exercise their virtues, He gave them also food in season, Sometimes He inspired their neighbors or acquaintances to assist them by a gift. Oftener St. Elizabeth sent them succors from her own house; for, since the visit of the Queen of Heaven, she had resolved w help them, and our sweet. Lady sent in return some work of her own hands. Our Holy Mistress sometimes exercised the power with which she was endowed over creatures, and the birds brought fruits or bread. Her happy spouse was frequently a witness of these events."
A number of faithful Catholics were, to say the least, surprised to hear a simple priest deliver the sermon at the episcopal consecrations in Écône on July 1, 2026. It may be objected that this is a logical consequence of the position of the Society of Saint Pius X, which maintains that it does not possess ordinary jurisdiction over the faithful. Yet this explanation raises a difficulty: does it not tend to minimize the bishop's proper mission, whose first duty is to teach and preach the faith? If one holds that a bishop consecrated under the present circumstances cannot publicly exercise this teaching office, it seems difficult to justify a simple priest exercising it in his stead. According to classical Catholic doctrine, the priest shares in the bishop's ministry, but he is not, properly speaking, a subject of the Magisterium; by divine institution, the bishop remains a member of the teaching Church. The recent history of the Society itself appears to confirm this understanding. At …Көбірек
"Apostolic succession is certainly ensured materially through a valid consecration, but the question remains whether episcopal authority is fully manifested when the consecrating bishop no longer appears to exercise the decisive personal judgment" --- Oh, then what about all those poor bishops throughout the Church history, a multitude of them, elected by cathedral chapters? Did they also have "episcopal authority in not-so-full manifestation"?

– Folha de S. Paulo, February 23, 1982 – by Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira A news article in a Recife newspaper (Diário de Pernambuco, January 21, 1982) makes me pause the article I was planning to write today, as I promised in my piece “Self-Management and Chickenpox” on January 30. An analysis of France’s current foreign policy highlights important aspects of Brazil’s. How so? To answer this question, let’s directly look at the news item in the Diário de Pernambuco. Mr. Jacques Huntzinger, secretary of the French Socialist Party for international relations, describes Mitterrand as an “apostolic” statesman, similar to former President Carter in the United States (whom many Brazilians, including myself, were glad to see leave the White House). The French head of state aims not only to “increase his economic and commercial presence in Latin America,” which is expected, but also to develop “a diplomacy attentive to human rights.” This means a commitment to scrutinize, with the eyes of a …Көбірек

A photographer from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Alexander Petrosyan, published on his page a photo [see below] with unusual Catholic pilgrims from France. They walked from Fátima, Portugal, where in 1917 apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary occurred, during which She spoke about the necessity of turning to God in Russia and consecrating the country to Her Immaculate Heart. "I accidentally witnessed Catholic pilgrims from France walking with a statue of the Virgin Mary through the streets of St. Petersburg and praying for universal peace. It looked rather surreal, especially considering that almost no one among the passersby was surprised,…Көбірек
